HOLLIDAYSBURG AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT
MINUTES

The Policy Committee of the Hollidaysburg Area School Board met Wednesday, May 14, 2025 in the Senior High Library, 1510 N. Montgomery Street, Hollidaysburg.  Ms. Luther called the meeting to order at 5:00p.m.  
Attending were Ms. Luther, Dr. Li, Ms. Sullivan, and Mrs. Bilek.  Dr. Wells attended virtually.  Also present were Mr. Whitesel, Dr. Boone, and Mr. Arthur.  
The committee reviewed the following policies:
 Policy 006      Meetings      Revised
 Policy 108      Adoption of Textbooks      Revised
 Policy 109      Resource Materials       Revised
 Policy 827      Conflict of Interest      Revised

The policies will be presented to the board for a first reading in June and a second reading in July.
Ms. Luther adjourned the meeting at 5:45p.m.
