MINUTES

The Hollidaysburg Area School Board met for a Special Voting Meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 in the Senior High Library, 1510 N. Montgomery Street, Hollidaysburg. Ms. Sullivan called the meeting to order at 5:00p.m. and opened the meeting with the pledge to the flag.
Roll call was taken by Mr. Caldwell with six members present. Attending were Ms. Sullivan, Vice-President, Dr. Antonowicz, Dr. Li, Dr. Wells, Ms. Eardley, and Mr. Snyder. Ms. Luther, Dr. Blank and Ms. Bilek were absent.  Also present was Mr. Caldwell, Director of Human Resource/Transportation and Mr. Nihart, Director of Physical Plant.

There was no public comment.

Superintendent’s Report / Mr. Caldwell

Dr. Wells initiated a motion, seconded by Mr. Snyder, to approve personnel items 1 through 26, dated December 17, 2025 REV December 15, 2025 at 3:03p.m. The motion carried unanimously on a voice vote. Exhibit 1

There was no new business.

The meeting was adjourned by Ms. Sullivan at 5:03p.m.
