MINUTES

The Hollidaysburg Area School Board met for a Special Voting Meeting on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, in the Senior High Library, 1510 N. Montgomery Street, Hollidaysburg. Ms. Bilek called the meeting to order at 5:06p.m. and opened the meeting with the pledge to the flag.

Roll call was taken by Mr. Caldwell with eight members present.  Attending were Ms. Bilek, President, Ms. Sullivan, Dr. Li, Mr. Snyder, Ms. Luther, Mr. Brenneman, and Dr. Wells, Dr. Sommer participated virtually.  Ms. Costanza was absent.

Also present were Ms. Walstrom, Ms. McConnell, Mr. DeLattre, Dr. Letcher and an Altoona Mirror representative.

Superintendent’s Report /Mr. Caldwell

Mr. Snyder initiated a motion, seconded by Dr. Sommer, Per Board Policy 614 Payroll Authorizations, to approve personnel actions 1 through 34, dated 7/31/2024 REV 7/30/2024 at 2:36p.m with a TBD for approval of the Registration Secretary:  Alyssa Edmundson.  The motion carried on a voice vote with eight yes votes and zero no votes.  Exhibit 1

New Business

There was no new business.  The meeting was adjourned by Ms. Bilek at 5:09p.m.
