MINUTES

The Hollidaysburg Area School Board met Wednesday, December 7, 2022 for a Committee of the Whole – Finance meeting in the Junior High Auditorium, 1000 Hewit Street, Hollidaysburg.  Ms. Hartman called the meeting to order at 5:07p.m.

Mrs. Fiscus took roll call with seven members present.  Attending were Ms. Hartman, President, Mr. Nichols, Vice-President, Mr. Frye, Mr. Snyder, Mr. Stephens, Ms. Bilek and Mr. Costanza.  Dr. Sommer was absent. Mr. Brenneman arrived at 5:14p.m.

Also attending were Dr. Gildea, Superintendent, Mrs. Fiscus, Business Manager/Board Secretary, Mrs. Thomas, Director of Accounting Operations, Mr. Nihart, Director of Physical Plant, Mr. Arthur, Director of Technology and Mr. Miller.
