Public comment will consist of no more than 30 minutes overall per meeting.

A. Announcements
The board met in executive session Wednesday, August 18, 2020 at 6:00 pm for personnel. All board and committee meetings will be held in-person and virtually for the public through the end of the 2021 calendar year. Members of the public are welcome to register and join remotely. Registration links will appear on the district homepage at www.hasdtigers.com by 4pm the day of each meeting.

B. Contracts
Per Board Policy 006 Meetings, the following contracts/agreements are presented for approval:
- Lease Agreement with Frankstown Township, effective January 1, 2022 through December 30, 2025 for a 3-year extension of the Frankstown Maintenance Garage Lease Cost: $1/yr.
- Contract with Music Theatre International effective July 8, 2021 through August 19, 2021 for the HACT Performance of Moana, Jr. Cost: $1,050.50
C. 1st Summit Bank - Bank Bag Authorization List
The administration is recommending the approval of authorized school district employees to make bank deposits and pick up deposit bags as needed.
D. Donation
Per Board Policy 702, Gifts, Grants and Donations, the board is being asked to approve the following donation:
Blair Candy Company:
1,000 Individual bottles of hand sanitizer to be distributed to students at Charles W. Longer, Foot of Ten and Frankstown Elementary Schools

A. Health and Safety Plan - August Update (Revised)

The School District's Health and Safety Plan will serve as the local guidelines for all instructional and non- instructional school activities.
B. District Maintenance Building Project Delay
Due to material cost increase, the project will be delayed until further notice.

Our adopted rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Robert's Rules, provide for a consent agenda listing several items for approval of the Board by a single motion. Most of the items listed under the consent agenda have gone through Board subcommittee review and recommendation. Documentation concerning these items has been provided to all Board members and the public in advance to assure an extensive and thorough review. Items may be removed from the consent agenda at the request of any board member.
