Teacher Substitutes
Day-to-Day Teacher Substitute Applicants:
Submit all application materials for teaching positions. The rate of pay is $120 per day for teacher substitutes. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
Anyone who holds a bachelor's degree and meets all of the required criminal background clearances and job description requirements can be employed as a day-to-day substitute teacher and receive a salary of $120 per day.
Working hours are flexible - subs decide if they can accept assignments and can specify a preference for building location. Hollidaysburg Area School District hires teacher subs through the IU8 Guest Teacher Program. Click the link to get more information on the program.
