Mr. Ben Caldwell is the Human Resources and Transportation Director and began at HASD in May 2019. He holds a Master's Degree in Public Affairs, Human Resource Management from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in History. Prior to working for HASD, he held a position as Human Resources Director for North American Communications.
