Director of Accounting Operations

Mrs. Joy Bell

Mrs. Joy Bell began serving as the District's Accounting Operations Director, Board Treasurer, and Tax Collector in September 2024 after serving as Fiscal Assistant for five years. Mrs. Bell is a graduate of Bucknell University, having majored in Accounting. Before coming to Hollidaysburg Area School District, she served as the Financial Development Director at the Blair Regional YMCA.

Mrs. Bell, a former HASD graduate, and her husband, Brian, reside in Hollidaysburg along with their two daughters, Alyssa & Abigail, and son, Gavin.
